Exchange/Warranty Policy

FootJoy Shoes Exchange/Warranty Policy


1. Size don't fit? Not to worry! Return for a size change with in 7 days* from the day you received your shoes! (Subject to size availability and only one return allowed) *Returning shoes must be in new condition in its original packaging. It will be inspected by our strict staff before authorising a size change. Tip: Wear it, walk around on a clean surface such as your home's flooring or mat/carpet to decide if the size is to your comfort! Do Not test it on grass, soil or any surface which may cause stains and wear.  

2. Defects? 90 days Warranty got you covered! All FootJoy golf shoes are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase. Shoes found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with the same style or an equivalent FootJoy shoe at Bob's Golf sole discretion. 1 Year coverage for Waterproofing

3. Policy only covers FootJoy Shoes purchased from 'Bob's Golf / MDF Supplies'. All returns/warranty does not cover delivery costs. You may visit our storefront @ WCEGA Plaza #04-50 for on-site returns/warranty matters.


Procedure:

For Size Change

    1. Make sure you have the original packaging in as-received condition with it's original packaging and contents.
    2. Email/Call/Message us at ck@bobsgolfsingapore.com / 6684 9180 and check with us if we have the size or alternative model suitable for an exchange.
    3. Once an arrangement for exchange has been confirmed, you may proceed to ship/return to our store's address with your contact number and await for us to contact you once we had received and processed for exchange. 

 

For Warranty

    1. Make sure you have either the Warranty Card and/or Receipt with you.
    2. Email/Call/Message us at ck@bobsgolfsingapore.com / 6684 9180 and check with us about the defect and we will advise accordingly if it is to be repaired or replaced.
    3. Once an arrangement has been confirmed, you may ship/return to our store's address with your contact number and await for us to contact you once we had received and processed for warranty claim.
